How an order runs
Nothing here is unusual — but knowing the sequence up front is the difference between a quotation you can act on and one you have to chase.
A bill of materials, a panel schedule, a set of part numbers, or a photograph of the nameplate you need to replace.
Our engineering division checks ratings and availability. Where a part is obsolete or wrong for the duty, we say so and propose the equivalent.
A line-by-line proforma with part numbers, quantities, unit prices and the agreed delivery terms.
Items are gathered, checked against the order, palletised and recorded on a packing list with weights and dimensions.
Export paperwork is prepared for the destination and freight is arranged to the point agreed in the contract.
Technical support for commissioning and fault finding, and warranty claims handled with the manufacturer on your behalf.
